000 three springs road

This is a phenomenal lake property with approximately 252 acres and 6000 feet of lake front land; some right on the water and some that sits higher above the water. There are several flat to rolling fields on the property as well as some high property offering monster views of the lake and surrounding area. This property is adjacent to the Davy Crockett Boy Scout Camp and directly across the lake from both Legacy Bay and Chelaque subdivisions. Besides the lake front and mountain areas, there is a 1-2 acre pond on the property with a dock, pavilion and fire pit. The pond was previously stocked. The land was timbered for the first time in 60 years during 2020. Timber was cut selectively down to 15" diameter so as to leave large forested areas on the property.
