Wonderful Home on Lake Wateree!! Home is located in a beautiful newer waterfront neighborhood, Windward Pointe, and is adjacent to The Sailing Club. Take only steps to get to the sandy beach down by the water or to the private floating dock. Attached to the floating dock is a stationary covered dock equipped with a boat ramp. With four parking spaces in addition to a circular driveway, there is always plenty of parking. A lift (mini elevator) was installed a few years ago as an alternative to carrying luggage, groceries, or heavy items up the stairs.
