"Bamboo Floating Cottage" is a one-room cottage on private Lake Lanier. Unique glamping experience with a refrigerator, stove, toilet, sink, and shower. It's a converted boathouse so it's perched over the water. Consider it a dock with a cover over it. From inside looking out at the lake it's like you are floating on the lake. The floor inside the cottage is a continuation of the dock, you can see the lake between the slats of the floor. Outside there is a deck area on the right and a kayak launch on the left side. A wood stove and a portable AC unit also convey. It's been a very successful short-term rental on Airbnb. The water supply is drawn from the lake so it's not drinkable. Furnishings are available. This type of property does not qualify for financing.
