Keowee Key is a gated community with an array of amenities for every person. Pickle ball, tennis, golf, indoor and outdoor dining, three swimming pools, a fitness center, walking trails, two marinas, dog park to name a few! And, a lifestyle that allows you to choose groups that have similar interests to you. This is a corner building homesite. Currently, it is classified as an "unimproved property" until you commence the building process. The documents disclosing the fees is included in our supplemental documents as well as the community plat. There are Keowee Key amenities fees (POA fees) and a one-time transfer fee payable, that latter is included in your closing fees and are paid for by the buyers.
