This price is only for lot #1 and #2 and only good until end of August. Starting September 1 lot price will go up to $150,000. All lots have Mountain Views. The builder for the homes is Pete Froggart. There are some restrictions on building, 1) house must be at least 2800 sf 2) house must have 2 car garage as well as detached, two story garage with pull through to accommodate boat or RV.
