A kitchen is open to the great room with a beautiful wood burning rock fireplace. New hardwoods make the home perfectly cozy. There are two bedrooms, one and a half baths on the main floor. A pull down ladder takes you up to two more bedrooms upstairs, which we have not included in square footage. They are heated and cooled. The kitchen appliances, washing machine and dryer, and all furnishings except the recliner convey. Curl up here in the fall and enjoy a good book as the leaves turn beautiful colors and fall.
