There are 2 basement areas..the original with dirt floor and outside access only( app. 696 sq ft) and the one added with the 2 story part of the house which can be accessed from the inside or outside and has the washer/dryer,hot water heater and concrete floor (app 450 sq ft).It has a pier and a floating dock with 6 -12 feet of water at the end of the dock.The road is state maintained up to the end of the pavement.
