Home was originally built as a 3 bed 2 bath but was later divided to a 2 bed, 1 bath on large side and 1 bed 1 bath on smaller side (right side facing house). Main living space has a large living room with a brick fireplace (executor of estate does not think gas logs work) and hardwood floors. Master bedroom off living room also has hardwood floors. Bedroom 2 window was covered when house was converted. Large walkin shower in main bath. Kitchen has had some updates (unsure if dishwasher works). Large sunroom off back has gas heat but no AC at this time. Backyard is somewhat overgrown beyond treeline but goes all the way to back fence line. This could be brought back to its original glory! Efficiency unit side has kitchen, eating area (tenant works from home in this space), living room & bedroom/bath, screened porch. Stackable washer & dryer will remain.
