This unit is unusual. Tons of sleeping.Queen in primary, 3 twins in bunk room, the dinette and couch both make beds as well & double bed bunks in the green room. There is a fabulous firepit & great seating along w/a picnic table outside to enjoy each others company. The camper is well appointed & has everything you need. Just bring your bags and start enjoying. The TV & the fireplace in the living room both rotate to the bedroom for dual use. Clean, in good shape & at an affordable price. The green room is set up as a separate sleeping quarter. The double bed bunks, small refrigerator and micro. There is also an outside shower. The camper water heater does not work & the is hooked the house size water heater in the green room. The camper roof was sealed in Spring 2023. There are 4 small places in the floor that have water damage from the roof leak prior to being sealed. The work in the green room is unpermitted. must be with realtor to gain access to community.
