101 hide a way

Double lots, one empty, the other has a like new 2012 (purchased new in 2020 and barely used since) 40' Jayco Jay Flight Bungalow with 3 slides, king size platform in main and bunk room on other end. Will not separate lot. Most everything remains but wicker patio furniture. Look at the yard space alone. Lot A100 has purchased common area behind it to make it larger. A101 is vacant now but does have power and water (both shut off now). Bring in additional camper or keep as open space. The camper has tons of storage, 24" propane stove/oven, never used. Full size refrigerator. Great head room if you are tall. Electric Fireplace. 2004 Electric Club Car with lift and Kenwood Speakers. Camper has a salvage title. The camper had a tree fall on it that did some damage. All damage is visible inside and out. Slide in bunk room is in closed position due to deck. Seller was told that the slide does work. This would be $30k more if the bungalow was not damaged. Must be w/ realty to enter.
