Quaint cottage overlooking a private cove with wonderful mountain views. This cottage boast 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom on main level. The family room has a beautiful rock fireplace w/breakfast bar that is open to the kitchen w/a cozy eat in area. The 3 season sunroom looks down to the lake and distant mountains. There is also a separate building to use as a summer kitchen w/refrigerator & range/oven. The lower level has a large den and 3rd bedroom. On the lower level is a large deck great for entertaining. Maunder down to the lake with several short steps along a zig zag path down to the lake. Closer to the lake there are wood steps to take you down to the dock & boat house. The dock has an area for a boat tie up along w/a covered boat slip. There is also a cover canoe slip on the opposite side from the deck. Once used steps in need of repair went to the roof of the boat house (Do not try & use these steps & ramp). There is also 73 feet of lake frontage with more than 1/2 acre of land.
