Great waterfront lot! Nice flat lot on High Rock Lake. Great building site with nice forest floor and beautiful shade trees. No private pier per Cube Hydro, but great place to launch kayaks and canoes. As you see in pics, neighbors just pull up to the steps and tie off their pontoons. No septic records per county. Has nice boat launch area in subdivision. Come check it out! Community pier cost is $80 per year and will get you a key and permission to use launch area as well as picnic area etc.
