Seasonal Cottage located on the south west end of the pristine waters of Skaneateles Lake. Skaneateles Lake is known for being the cleanest lake out of the Finger Lakes and quite possibly the country (depending on what article you read). This cottage is very well taken care of and features; open floor plan, two bedrooms and full bathroom, exterior wall facing the lake is full of windows, huge front deck with views of the lake, screened in gazebo, two wall heaters to take the chill off during the off seasons, Spectrum cable is available, lower level for boat storage or possibly made into a third bedroom, solid stairs take you to the lake frontage with small landing area (only 40 stairs). The existing two docks convey, the boat hoist does not convey (could be bought separately).
