This land would be suitable if you are into boating as it is very close to Oneida Lake.  Also, this area is perfect for all types of outdoor adventure! Verona Beach State Park is just down the road and Sylvan Beach is just a bit further.  The Oneida Lake Brew Haus is along this route for your dining pleasure. With all the opportunities that exist here, you could have a nice lot that offers so much with only a short drive to many local attractions.  And, it is a short commute to Syracuse, Utica or Rome.
