The 24' x 36' steel storage building would be a great place to store recreational provisions, sporting gear and maintenance equipment. Utilities and public water are available roadside. Two dug and one drilled well exist along the southern border. A small camp is in disrepair. Wetland conservation regulations limit development and dock construction along the shoreline.
