Deed restrictions: Residential use only. Total square footage of buildings combined no more than 1,000 Sq. feet. No building more than 30' in height. No subdivision, no cutting trees over 6" diameter at breast height. Mining, dumping & topographical changes prohibited. No signs, billboards.
