from The siblings in the family: We're only the second owner of this Lake George home and cottage. It was built in 1919 and purchased by my parents in 1970. My mom and dad searched the lake, back then and after looking at dozens of places, as soon as my mom walked on this property and saw the sunset view, she said 'This is It!'. Quite special to have a main house and full cottage set up like this. Also our septic system was just inspected and approved by the town of Queensbury, as fully compliant with current regulations (Big Plus). Boat house and finger dock, with space for 4 boats and a sandy bottom swimming access area (right side of the boat house).
