Turn life into an adventure on Raspberry Island in Black Lake with magnificent views in all directions. Enjoy spectacular sun rises and sunsets. This 2.2 acre island is 2 +/- miles south west from the state boat launch on CR6. The main cabin has 3 bedrooms, hardwood floors, a bath with composting toilet and a kitchen with propane stove and refrigerator. There is a 2nd, circa 1920, 4 room cottage with a good roof and new deck for future use. Other highlights include a field-stone fire-pit, a storage building and a covered front porch. Cedars and red oaks provide shade and a windbreak. Showings by appointment, weather and wind conditions permitting. Raspberry Island has a rocky shoal with scattered weed growth almost a thousand feet long extending from its north end. This is one of the best small mouth bass spots on the lake and it is also a great large mouth bass and crappie fishing area.
