You will enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the kitchen table overlooking the lake. Windows updated 2019, metal roof 2016, painted exterior 2020, A shared aluminum dock stays and is shared with one other lakefront owner. Nothing to do but move in and enjoy this wonderful cottage with plenty of sleeping room and yard to play in. If you are looking for a place to just kick back and relax or you are a snowbird and looking for a great place to enjoy summers.... look no further. The common area has volley ball net and room to kick a ball around. Most of the furnishings are included. Non motorized boats on the lake. Electric motors are ok.
