Set on the eastern shore of Lake Sunapee with late into the evening sunset glory, this 2-3 BR cottage is so simple and so unique - there are only a few requirements - RELAX, RESTORE, SWIM, READ, NAP, REPEAT. So here is the reality part - It is at the bottom of a steep incline BUT there is a tram to take you up and down. It is a shared lot with a seasonal cottage above BUT there is a permanent large dock and lots of waterfront. There is one bathroom BUT who cares?? Two of the bedrooms face directly at the lake and so close you can hear the water lapping on the shore. A very private deck off the main level is perfect for morning coffee and a quiet reading place. Plus an outdoor shower and once you have showered al fresco you will never go back. A screened porch is fantastic for another quiet space with a fantastic view. The waterfront is large enough with a patio, two decks and a large extended permanent dock for 2 + boats. A shore station permit is allowed. And to top it all off - it comes completely furnished. House was recently painted and a brand new roof, septic is pumped every year. There is a newly paved driveway - short and steep BUT It is too darn cute to worry about very much.
