Soo Nipi Shateau is a charming nicely kept and tastefully decorated property used recently as a very successful Air B&B within a 3 minute walk to Newbury Harbor and the beach, dock and gazebo for bands in the summer. Just across the street is Bubba's Bar & Grille, ice cream stand, bank, hair salon and post office. Located directly across the street from the Newbury Boat Club. Other walking destination's include a convenience store with gas, a water sports store, Old Meeting House Church, Newbury town library, bait & tackle shop and Newbury Deli. Hiking all around and a trail to bring you to Lake Solitude on the top of Mt Sunapee. Some work needed for comfortable winter use.
