This is Camp #6 as part of the Boulderwood Trust that encompasses 48 acres of the property and its common amenities (tennis court, beach, boathouse, woodshed, playhouse/garage, conservation areas and forest paths. This ownership grants camp #6 an exclusive 50-year renewable lease, which expires and is renewable in 2067. Each of the 9 camps in the Boulderwood Community is entitled to a Trustee.
