Built on a knoll between Morning Star Road and Kesumpe Point Road, the camp is set on over 2 acres of wooded privacy. The hustle and bustle of the city is left behind here and all your cares become a thing of the past. Simple yet functional with rustic pine framing and wide plank floors and walls, the camp is a modest and humble gathering place. On the first floor is a fully functional kitchen with built-in cabinetry and plenty of counter space. The dining area allows room for a large crowd and the living area with fieldstone fireplace is perfect for relaxing with a book or storytelling. A Dutch door off the living area leads to a wonderful screed-in porch to enjoy summer days and nights and listen to the call of the loons. In addition to a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, there are 6 additional sleeping rooms and a bathroom on the second floor. A detached two car garage with room above is accessed by a raised walkway and provides plenty of room for storage. Situated just one and a half miles from the Holderness town beach and less than a mile from the center of town.
