Gilmanton - This 0.899 acre wooded lot has deeded access to 150 acre Shellcamp Lake. The state boat ramp to the lake is also nearby. Use is probably limited to recreation due to condition of Intervale Drive. Camper or RV smaller than 12ft. x 50ft. not allowed. While these two lots were merged by the town involuntarily, given the town's approach to development, unmerging the lots does not seem to be worthwhile, but is a simple process to pursue by the deadline in 2021.
