Gilmanton - This 0.986 acre wooded lot has deeded access to 150 acre Shellcamp Pond, a warm water fishery. The state boat ramp to the lake is also nearby. Use is probably limited to recreational camping. Any camper or RV would have to be larger than 12ft. x 50ft. and then have community approval. While these two lots were merged by the town involuntarily, given the town's approach to development, unmerging the lots does not seem to be worthwhile, but is a simple process to pursue by the deadline in December 2021.
