Owned Lakefront on Hermit Lake/Plummer Pond for under $300k!!!. Come enjoy this YEAR ROUND camp/cottage with its own sandy beach on the lake. Though it's not a McMansion on the water, neither is the price. You have everything here to pass on those memories of days gone by to your family and friends. Not only is there three bedrooms but an additional room for overflow or maybe an office...though the three season porch would probably be a better spot to try and get work done...lol.
