Looking for a cheap lake home project... this is the one. Just a couple blocks from the lake, this doublewide would make the perfect getaway cabin for the avid fisherman. The home has decent 'bones', and would need new floors and plumbing repairs. Some materials are still on property for such repairs. The home has been previously lived in so the utilities and such were working at one time. Visitors will need to use caution as some of the floors are soft.
