A spacious bedroom with a king bed provides access to the large bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Laundry facilities (a stack washer and dryer) are located in a hallway closet. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bath and seating area with views of the lake and the great room on the main floor. The third or lower level is the entertainment zone with a large Smart TV, portable bar, and pool table. A large owner’s closet and a full bath are also on this level. Ownership of Cottage 3 offers its owners the ability to use the property for up to 42 days during May through October and anytime from November through April.
