We removed the fireplace that was in the center of the cabin and chimney that was in the bunkhouse, repaired the roofs, overhangs, installed new metal soffit, facia and shingled the roof on both buildings. We had a new furnace and duct work installed. The septic was replaced and also the well. The interior of the cabin was updated with new kitchen and bath cabinets, counters, and plumbing fixtures. The appliances in the kitchen are all new. The cabin and bunkhouse have fresh paint and flooring, with new tile in the tub area. All the exterior doors have been replaced, most the windows or glass in the windows have been replaced. There in new insulation throughout the bunkhouse and the cabin has blown-in insulation added to the attic. The exterior of both buildings are freshly painted with custom tongue and grove in the soffit and ceiling of the porch. The deck and staircase has been updated with a new rail. There is a new electrical box with updated lighting in both buildings.
