This is a wonderful property that has everything! Its remote enough to get away but still only 10 minutes from downtown International Falls. Its mostly heavily wooded and has open fields that are growing hay right now. The deer sign was everywhere and I was too slow on the camera to get a picture of the buck in velvet that I jumped. The entire north side of the property borders the Rainy river with approx. 2000 feet of shoreline! You cant get any farther up north than this as Canada is just across the river. The woods has beautiful hard woods, ravines and a creek that feeds into the river. There are building sites with spectacular views and easy access to the river. There is actually a rudimentary boat ramp that has was used by the sellers relatives to get from the field to the river. It'll take some TLC to revive it, but its there.
