Welcome to Poplar Lake, complete with BWCA access and views to blow your mind! As you look west from the cabin you see nothing but beauty and you'll feel as if you're in a house boat...it's that close to the water's edge! Highly functional yet retains the rustic style with a composting toilet/outhouse and a separate shower house. "BYOW" means bring your own water and enjoy a carefree time. The county has informally indicated that one could get a septic system and well in place if one wished to do so but it sure is easy in its current style! Broadband and power are in place and the wood burning stove means you could spend time there in the winter if you wished. You may have to ski or snowshoe in, however, as Moose Ridge Rd. isn't always plowed in the snow-filled months. Swim, fish, be lazy and do nothing but enjoy the water and peacefulness. Bar/restaurants are very nearby if you don't feel like cooking, hiking trails are there if you're feeling energetic. Paddle to your heart's content if you choose!
