Great west facing lot with easy elevation, great trees, nice road and neighborhood. The view is mostly undeveloped shore across the lake. Lots of wild life, great pan fishing, clear deep water on one of the area's clearest lakes. There is a restaurant on the lake so boat over for lunch. Private lake, no public access, keeping this lake uncrowded and pristine. Nice sandy area for swimming on Out Lot A across from the private association boat ramp. A little raking and you could easily clean up an area to swim on Lot 10.
