What a great property on the shores of Lake Minnetaga! The lake itself per the MN DNR Lakefinder site is approx. 790 acres in size with a max depth of 9 feet with fish species to include Walleye, Northern, Sunfish, Crappie and Perch. The property has approx. 1850+ ft of shoreline on the lake, mature old growth Oak woods, an interior pond and then approx. 57 acres of CRP enrolled through fall of 2023 that pays just over $6,000 annually.
