Here's a beautiful property located on the north side of Hay Lake. Hay Lake is a beautiful small lake in the Northwood's of MN. Hay is a shallow type lake fed by the Paleface River which flows through it. Hay Lake is rumored to have fish at times. The MN DNR Lakefinder site lists northern pike, yellow perch, pumpkinseed sunfish and white sucker. The land has cleared trails to various areas of it for vehicle access as well as excellent walking/ATV type trails to other areas. The land has an unbelievable mix of habitat with high and low ground as well as an old beaver pond. While walking the property I saw deer tracks, fox and bobcat tracks as well. Also flushed some grouse. The lake would be also great for canoeing, kayaking or a small boat. As well as duck hunting and trapping opportunities on the lake as well! Stunning property!!
