If you are looking for a property on water or with water on it this property is awesome. The property has approx 5,300 feet of frontage along the East Swan River. The river oxbows back and forth throughout the property. There are also a couple seasonal flooding type oxbows. While walking the property during the break up on the river I heard geese and a few ducks. One corner I rounded and saw a beaver messing around just 10 yds from me and it took him a minute or so to decide he didn’t like me around. Also on the property I flushed a grouse and saw quiet a bit of deer sign using the area. This property would be great for some early season waterfowl jump shooting. Grouse, deer, bear hunting and trapping paradise. The topography is also beautiful in the fact that there are slight hills along the river and into the timbered areas of the property. Along the road is an area for a camper near the approach where the river comes right up behind an area that’s opened up for parking or a camper.
