Here’s a beautiful lot on a world class walleye fishery the Rainy River!! This parcel is located along HWY 11 and has power running out along the road. The property is relatively flat all the way from the road to the last 70 yards or so then it starts to gradually slope down towards the river then a couple/few foot drop to the water depending on the time of year and water levels. As mentioned the Rainy is known as a phenomenal walleye fishery during various times of the year pumping out large numbers of fish and lots of trophy sized fish!!
