If you are looking for a lake property that offers a ton of diversity, then you have come to the right property. With over 4,000 feet of frontage on Lake Haldorson, rolling topography, native grasses, trees, and several excellent building spots you will be hard pressed to find a property that offers up so much. The lake is a waterfowl magnet in the fall and the point and inlet on this property provide two top end spots for duck and goose hunting. The lake also has some decent fishing for panfish, bass, pike, and the occasional walleye. The lake shore is protected with part of the land being enrolled in the RIM program. They will allow a dock and lake access. If you want to build you certainly can in the remainder of the property and with access off paved Hwy 21, you have a couple of really good locations to choose from. The habitat is prime for pheasant, turkey and deer and there are no shortages of either species! See supplemental document.
