This is an absolutely gorgeous property which has approximately 2900+ feet of frontage along the Little Isabella River. The MN DNR Stream Index list indicates that there are Brook Trout in the Little Isabella River. The portion of the river along the property has a couple areas where it opens up into deeper pools then gets a bit more riffles and speed as it tightens up in the dense timbered areas. There’s also a great location to build a cabin up on top of the hill before it drops down towards the river. The property is mostly high and dry with a great mix of aspen, spruce, fir, birch.
