There is a 16x16 storage shed with roll up door for your storage needs. Includes dock, pontoon, and paddle boat. When I say everything stays that means all furnishing, bedding, dishes, pots and pans, lawn mower and garden tools and more. This beautiful cabin has a wonderful view and a private peaceful setting. Cedar Lake is private lake so there is no public boat ramp, but no worries, you have your own concrete boat ramp.
