A hunting property of this caliber on the South Fork of the Watonwan River is hard to find. This is a diverse tract made up of river bottom and upland habitat. The river bottom makes up about +/- 12.5 acres and is completely wooded. This area is full of wildlife sign, with deer tracts and trails throughout.
