Seller determined they will not be needing this lot for parking lot access and make this lot available. City zoning is currently commercial. The City indicated that it may consider modified zoning for "multifamily" (duplex/rental). This consideration would need to follow the City of Lindstrom's conditional use process (application, planning commission review, public hearing possibly, City Council approval, etc.)
