This northwoods wilderness property is most suitable for a weekend cabin, hunting shack or summer camping and is a great spot for accessing the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. The only access to this property is by canoe or small boat (ski/snowmobile access in the winter). There is federal land to the north and an open wetland marsh to the south that adds to the privacy and/or hunting opportunities for deer, grouse and ducks. The western side of the property has a channel that leads to the North Kawishiwi River and the chain of lakes including Farm, South Farm, Garden and White Iron Lakes for great fishing and water recreation. The land has a mix of trees including some large pine and a southwest facing building site on the high ground.
