This place is amazing! Starting out with the 16X32 cabin that has beautiful stained concrete floor, tongue and groove walls, ceiling. Also great cabinets. Seller says cabin is well insulated and heats nicely with the woodstove. The cabin is wired for a generator. Also there is an awesome 32X48 pole shed to store all your toys! The property is loaded with trails to access all areas of the property. There are two insulated box blinds one is on a couple beautiful shooting lanes. The other is on a great opening the seller has mowed that would be a heck of a food plot location. There's also a tower box stand towards the back of the property that looks over several shooting lanes that would also be great spots for food plots. Along the trails and shooting lanes I stopped counting at around 20 scrapes or so also saw a few rubs. Less than a mile from the driveway to the public boat access on Lake Elliott. Also nearby several other great fishing lakes. Excellent all around property!!
