Build a duplex-townhome on these lake lots located in Colby Ridge Common Interest Community. These lots are located on the lake and are $7,500 each. You must buy 2 lots to build a duplex-townhome. The lots are level w/ city water and sewer, along with access to Colby Lake. Association Fees are $115 per month for developed lots, which includes grass mowing, outside maintenance, snow removal including roofs, if necessary, and building insurance. Undeveloped lot Association fees are $60 per month. Optional dock slips are available for an additional $250 per year, which includes Spring installation and Fall removal at season's end. Building requirements governed by the Association and City. Separate storage area provided for owner's boats, trailers, etc. as per CIC rules.
