Dues cover all taxes and costs associated with the marina, which is owned as a cooperative with annual costs divided by the 72 slip owners. The marina does allow commercial charter operators and is welcoming to anglers with a fish cleaning station. Slips can be rented through the marina office for transients and historically there has been a very strong demand for seasonal rentals.
