It's so close you could literally be on the Dunes in your ORV, park @ the beach area and walk up to your cottage to grab lunch. This cottage is very well maintained and very quaint. Kitchen appliances, Roof, Siding, Windows, Doors, & Leaf guard system have been replaced or added in the last 9 Years. Nice open main living area. Spacious bedrooms. Nice outdoor patio in the back with mature shade trees and privacy. Great cottage, great location, and an affordable price.
