Create a ''tree house'' at the top of this wooded dune just 550 from Lake Michigan in the Village of Michiana where you can travel down to the Lake or over the playground or even to the Grand Beach on your golf cart. Parking for residents at beach and Playground and tennis courts. The best part is that this beach does not go away from this stop because of what happened in the 1950's that created a spot where houses used to be that continues to be a beach even in high water.
