This historic Swedish Antique House is one of Shorewood Hill's original homes. Sitting a top a hill on almost 3/4 of an acre, this remarkable home is the perfect Michigan getaway. The back deck overlooks the firepit and the path to the ensuite guest house. Your guests will love the privacy. The main house has so many details, you need to see it for yourself. Wood floors throughout, a true stone fireplace, custom staircase handrails, and a fourth sleeping area at the top of the stairs. The chef's kitchen with a Viking stove and Subzero refrigerator connects the living and dining room. The sunroom is my favorite, with windows on three sides overlooking the lawn and garden. Perfect spot for a book and cup of coffee. 250 yards to the beach, and far less to the tennis courts and playground.
