LeBear Resort - a five star luxury residential club, built in 2004 with a 2019 interior renovation, this property offers unsurpassed lakeside living for the whole family. Each residence boasts ample living space with a master (king bed), second bedroom (queen and pyramid bed), private study (queen sofa sleeper) and if needed for a separate bed, queen sofa sleeper in the family room; there is a strict occupancy limit of eight persons. If needed, there is a one bedroom owner's apartment that can be rented in conjunction with a deeded week for up to four additional family/friends or LeBear owners can rent it simply to enjoy LeBear living more often than six weeks each year (please note: apartment is available on a first come, first serve basis). The one car garage is shared between all eight owners and is not available for vehicles but may be used for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. during owner's deeded week. LeBear amenities include indoor and outdoor pool and spa, sauna, exercise room, common area lounge with billiards, and a groomed sand beach. Residence 3 is one of only three approved dog friendly units (size restrictions apply) located on the North side of the ground floor with amazing sunset views, quick access to the pool deck, and beach. As a 1/8th fractional interest owner you receive 6 weeks each year to enjoy (on a rotation schedule, one about every other month); additional uses can be to utilize the on-site vacation rental program or join LeBear Resort affiliate The Registry Collection. It's a short walk to downtown Glen Arbor, a short drive to the Sleeping Bear Dunes and approximately twenty-five minutes from Traverse City.
