big summer island

One of a kind property located on a Big Summer Island which is located just off the Garden Peninsula. There is so much history and nostalgia with a limited amount of property owners and the majority of the Island is Public Land with a limited about of private owners. The only access to this island is by boat which keeps it unspoiled from development. The island has an amazing ecosystem and rich history with artifacts from the Woodlands Period/Prehistoric dates through to the 1800's as a fishing village and now two houses are constructed on the island.
